Salary:

40K - 45K DOE40 hours per week

passionate and supportive teamThe Ideal Candidate:

At least 4 years of experience

in residential childcareHolds a

Level 3 Diploma

in Children and Young People''s Workforce/Residential ChildcareExperience in a leadership role

Deputy Manager or similarPassionate about working therapeutically with children and young peopleStrong understanding of

safeguarding, compliance, and care plansIT-literate and able to manage administrative tasks efficientlyBonus points if you:

Have a valid

driving licenseAre working towards a

Level 5 Leadership and Management

qualificationHave experience in

therapeutic provisionsYour Role as Deputy Home Manager:

Support the

Registered Manager

in leading the team and ensuring high-quality careMaintain

OFSTED compliance

and high safeguarding standardsOversee the

development and implementation

of care plansLead, coach, and support staff to

ensure best practicesEnsure a

safe, nurturing, and structured

environment for childrenCollaborate with external agencies, social workers, and familiesLocation:
