You will be involved in:Increase efficiency and minimise the negative impact of the work packages on both the human and the manufacturing systemsInfluence product development in line with ''design for manufacture'' principlesDevelop and drive strategic plans for ergonomic risk reduction interventionsIdentifying work-related ergonomic risk factors at the workplace and propose solutions to mitigate risksAnticipation of risk, application of theory, principles, data and methods to enable design that will optimise human health and overall production system efficiencyApplication of national laws, Regulations and standards related to Human Factors and ErgonomicsSupport Human factor improvement projects with different stakeholders (Quality, HandS, design, prod, manufacturing engineering)Defining how to ..... full job details .....
