Career Teachers are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teacher to work within a Specialist School to support students with special educational needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and Global Learning Delay.

Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Romford
Start Date: September 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualised educational programs tailored to each student''s unique needs.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Implement strategies to support students'' social, emotional, and academic development.
• Collaborate with other staff members and parents to provide comprehensive support.
• Monitor and assess students'' progress, providing regular feedback and reports.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs.
• Strong understanding of strategies and interventions for Autism, ADHD, PMLD, Global Learning Delay and SEMH.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student well-being.
