A well-funded startup that is revolutionising financial modelling and data insights for the real estate industry is looking for a VP of Engineering to join their team.

What will you be doing?

Lead and scale a team of 7 engineers across backend, frontend, and AI

Define technical strategy and architecture for a rapidly growing platform

Partner with Product and Design teams to deliver high-impact features

Build engineering culture, processes, and operational excellence

Own delivery of complex financial and AI-driven products

Shape the technical roadmap while mentoring engineers at all levels

What are we looking for?

Proven track record leading engineering teams in high-growth environments

Strong technical expertise: Python, React, AWS, databases, system design

Balance of strategic vision and hands-on architectural guidance

Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams

Experience translating business goals into technical execution

Bonus: PropTech, FinTech, or AI/data-heavy domain experience
