The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our growing team to take ownership of outlined specific HR tasks supporting the wider business. You will contribute to the delivery of first-class experience to all employees, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a seamless fashion. You will work closely with the wider People and Talent team and support on the day-to-day HR responsibilities as the business continues to scale up at pace. This role would be perfect for an individual who is process orientated; people driven individual with a strong eye for detail. This is a Hybrid working role with a minimum of 3 days per week in our London office based in Embankment.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the BambooHR system – inclusive of updating data fields, producing reports and general system maintenance.
Accountable for the onboarding/offboarding processes for UK and Belgium.
Managing the one-month check in process with new joiners as well as the end of probation process and escalating to Lead HR Coordinator when necessary.
Updating the HR weekly update spreadsheet with a focus on headcount, probations, anniversaries, starters, and associated key points.
Create, maintain and issue general HR letters via the BambooHR system, inclusive of Part Time Holiday, Change in Employment, Leavers, and Bonuses.
Assist the Head of People with performance review process by issuing letters and updating record on BambooHR.
Create and maintain HR templates and documents. Supporting role in ISO - HR Info Security – suppliers, cyber, data ownership.
Record annual leave and sickness. Ensure Bank Holidays are added to the BambooHR system across UK, and Belgium. Responsible for updating time-off categories including long service milestones.
Responsible for updating the company intranet ‘ZenHub’ including general maintenance and Company/People related articles.
Monthly Reporting – iHasco and Bamboo onboarding tasks.
Contribute to a variety of HR continuous improvement projects and events.
Be a key point of contact for all people operations queries
Support the IT team managing phone contracts and migrations.
Support the office manager with day-to-day administration tasks in the London Office – including answering calls, opening post, organising couriers, opening deliveries, along with keeping the office clean and tidy.
Support the office manager with greeting visitors and organising meeting rooms – including offering refreshments
First aider and Fire Marshall designated trained employee

Qualifications
You should have experience within a junior HR position in a fast-paced environment – Start up or scale up business experience is desirable
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience within HR
HRIS experience (experience of BambooHR is highly desirable)
Literate and confident in MS suite
You will have a high level of attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
You should have experience as working as a true team player, showing willingness to think outside the box to get ‘the job done’.
This role requires a proactive and forward-thinking attitude, and someone who is able to communicate in a professional manner whilst building key relationships within the business
We are looking for a candidate with desire to progress within the business and will also support CIPD qualification for those who are interested.
