Machine Operative - Flint Continental Shifts (2 days, 2 nights) Permanent Our client, a leading manufacturing business are currently looking to recruit for a number of permanent Production Operatives to work at their site in Flint. We are looking for motivated, driven individuals ideally with some Machine Operation experience. SCOPE OF JOB ROLE A flexible resource able to be deployed across a number of lines to carry out (two or more) defined machine operation and monitoring of production process as required / determined by the Shift Operational Lead. Role responsibilities Work as part of crewing on production lines. Defined machine operation, packing, palletising, lid loading, material replenishment of running materials (reel operation). Ensure required materials are ordered inline with production requirements. Carrying out process confirmation checks in line with quality, safety and product specifications. Clean and Inspect all work area and machinery, within acceptable safe working standards and good manufacturing practices , ensuring lines are set to centreline standards. Taking corrective action or reporting any maintenance issues as appropriate. Pay and benefits £12.88 during probationary period rising to £13.42 upon successful completion of all relevant training.
