Kinetic Recruitment are currently looking for Machines Operatives to work for an international manufacturing company, based in the CH6 area in Flint, Flintshire.THIS IS A PERMANENT POSITION, FOLLOWING A SUCCESSFUL INTERVIEW!THE ROLE To support the manufacturing process in order to meet production demands of the business. Working across a number of lines to carry out (two or more) defined machine operation and monitoring of production process as required / determined by the Shift Operational Lead. Demonstrate at all times our company values - Teamwork, Integrity, Excellence and Safety in order to achieve overall job function.KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB ROLE Work as part of crewing on production lines. Defined machine operation, packing, palletising, lid loading, material replenishment of running materials (reel operation). Ensure required materials are ordered inline with production requirements. Carrying out process confirmation checks in line with quality, safety and product specifications. Clean and Inspect all work area and machinery, within acceptable safe working standards and good manufacturing practices , ensuring lines are set to centreline standards. Taking corrective action or reporting any maintenance issues as appropriate. Read and interpret specifications to meet the production plans ensuring appropriate prioritisation.
