Contract: Full Time • Salary: £12.50 per hour • Shift Type: Days • Contracted hours: 33–44

Our newly built care home provides Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite care for 67 residents. We are committed to delivering compassionate support and helping residents maintain dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

What You’ll Do

Assist residents with daily activities such as dressing, eating, mobility, and personal care, always promoting independence and respect.

Follow individual care plans; observe and report on residents’ wellbeing; communicate concerns to nursing staff.

Encourage social engagement and support residents to enjoy a fulfilling day.

Work alongside care and housekeeping colleagues to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Bring kindness, patience, and a positive attitude to help make Alexander House feel like home.

What We’re Looking For

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care preferred but not essential.

Previous care experience is a plus, but passion and a caring nature are key.

Compassionate, patient, and respectful with a genuine interest in supporting others.

What We Offer

£12.50 per hour

Flexible contracted hours of 33 or 44 per week

Pension scheme, paid DBS, onsite parking, and uniform provided

5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata, based on a full-time contract)
