Responsibilities

Provide daily living support and companionship to residents.

Assist with feeding, hydration, and personal care as required.

Follow individual care plans and ensure residents receive one-to-one attention where needed.

Maintain a compassionate, respectful, and safe environment for residents and colleagues.

About You

Experience of caring for older people.

Can-do approach and excellent communication skills.

Empathy and a warm-hearted approach; ability to deliver high standards of care.

Willingness to undertake training to thrive in the role.
