We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Emotional Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join a trauma-informed, early intervention service supporting young people affected by recent adverse experiences.As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you''ll be part of a diverse team of professionals and volunteers, working together to provide timely, targeted support to children and young people aged 0-25.
