This role directly reports into the board of directors, sitting as an important part of the Senior Leadership Team. Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include: Owning day-to-day health and safety management across both operational and office environments, working closely with production and quality teams.Supporting and guiding managers and team leaders to embed safe working practices across all areas of the site.Leading on ISO 45001 accreditation and maintaining ISO 14001 systems, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across the business.Driving cultural engagement - ..... full job details .....
