Were an equal opportunities employer, and we welcome and value applications from all communities.ABOUT THE ROLEIn the role of Sales Co-ordinator GSO, your key focus will be to:provide administrative support to the GSO team based at The Langham, Londonassist with schedules, diary management, filing, message taking, preparation of collateral for business and/or FAM tripsconduct ad hoc research into competitors, market conditions and consumer behaviour when requiredsupport liaison with Finance team in terms of purchase order processeseffectively handle incoming enquiries in accordance with LHG standards and response times and ensure contracts are issued and signed in accordance with agreed proceduresactively support all LHG corporate programmesABOUT YOUstrong administrative skillsorganisational skills and ability to handle multiple projectsexcellent communication skills;both written and verbaladvanced IT skills (MS Office, mainly PowerPoint, Excel and other creative packages)an understanding of the sales and marketing functionstrong interest in hotels and demonstrate an understanding of Langhams luxury competitive setYOUR BENEFITSFinancial WellbeingDiscretionary Service Charge28 days of holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays) with the opportunity to increase to up to 33 days off based on Length of ServiceAccess to Wagestream
