What you''ll do:

• Support the preparation and submission of planning applications

• Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies

• Assist with policy research and development strategies

• Monitor planning legislation and best practices to ensure compliance

What we''re looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in town planning, ideally within consultancy or private sector

• Strong understanding of UK planning policies and regulations

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills

• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently or in a team
