Learning Support Assistant
Location: Kent | Term-time only | Fixed Term

We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide support in the classroom, small groups, and 1:1 sessions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and make a real difference to children''s learning.

• Support pupils'' learning across whole-class, small groups, or individually.

• Work under the guidance of teachers and SEND coordinators.

• Assist with day-to-day learning activities and encourage pupil participation.

• Promote positive behaviour, inclusion, and confidence.

• Help monitor and support pupils'' progress.

• Kind, patient, and understanding approach.

• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

• Organised, flexible, and enthusiastic.

• Previous experience in a school setting

• Willingness to learn and engage in training.
