Our Family Support Workers will provide a range of support services to families residing in the centre, with the aim of promoting their well-being, enhancing family dynamics, and facilitating their successful transition to independent living. Responsibilities: 1. Engage with families in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner, building rapport and trust to establish positive working relationships.2. Provide practical and emotional support to families, offering guidance on parenting skills, child development, budgeting, and navigating community resources.3. Assess and address potential safeguarding concerns, reporting any instances of abuse or neglect and ensuring appropriate action is taken4.
