What you will be doing

• Cost & Contract Management: Procure and negotiate sub-contract packages, and cultivate strong supply chain partnerships.
• Budget Oversight: Develop and manage cost information, using existing budgets to deliver housing schemes efficiently.
• Client Engagement: Liaise with clients and their representatives to produce formal monthly cost reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Buying and Technical teams to drive efficiencies and value.
• Project Portfolio Management: Handle a range of housing projects, particularly in partnership housing developments.

What we are looking for

• • Demonstrable experience in the construction or housing development sector.
  • Evidence of managing multiple projects and cost portfolios effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge across all organisational levels.
