Project Manager – Enabling & Earthworks (Sizewell C Project)
Location: Site-Based (Suffolk) – 3 to 4 Days Onsite Required
Rate: £470 PAYE –£710/day Umbrella (Depending on Experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a major enabling and earthworks programme at Sizewell C. You’ll be responsible for delivering civil engineering packages (up to £50m in scope), supporting the pre-construction phase, and ensuring progress toward the Final Investment Decision (FID). This is a critical on-site role reporting to the Senior Project Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the construction sector (ideally civils, enabling works, or marine structures)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager on large infrastructure projects
• Proven track record of managing packages worth £10M–£20M+
• Client-side experience is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with pre-commencement processes including consents, permits, and HSE sign-offs
• Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (preferred, not essential)
• Chartered status (CEng or Project Management) or working towards it

This is a site-based position. A minimum of 3 days per week on-site is required (ideally 4). This is non-negotiable.
