FSPWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join our established Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team and extend our data privacy capability. In this role, you will utilise your experience and expertise to provide advice on privacy, data protection and information security matters, leading consulting engagements and support in the delivery of complex privacy and security programmes.Responsibilities

Lead data privacy consulting engagements, ensuring compliance with UK and EU GDPR, and other relevant regulations.Design and implement data protection programmes for clients.Provide expert advice on privacy and data protection risks, governance, and compliance.Manage and support the implementation of client privacy and data protection programme in line with legislative requirements, principles and supporting processes e.g. Policies, processes, records of processing etcLead and advise customers on the design, implementation and adoption of information security policies, procedures and frameworks.Evaluate third party security, data protection and privacy capabilities and controls within existing client services, and in the process of sourcing and delivery of new services.Create reports on risk and compliance for C-suite stakeholders, including risk mitigation strategies and improvement plans.Contribute to the development of new and innovative solutions to protect ourselves and our customersStay up to date with the latest industry and technology developments and promote these within your projects and deliveryShare knowledge and help embed privacy and data protection into GRC and across FSPAbout you

Extensive experience in data privacy and /or data protection consultancyPossess in depth knowledge of privacy regulations and data protection laws.Delivered successful privacy, data protection, GRC and security projects or programmes.Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high quality deliverables and outcomes.Hold relevant certifications e.g. CIPP/E, CIPP/M, CIPP/T or equivalent.Have the right to work in the UK and eligible for UK security clearance.Knowledge and experience of the following would be advantageous:Have knowledge and experience of GRC and information security,Hold relevant certifications or credentials e.g. CISM, CRISC, CISSP, PCIRM, ISO27001.What we look for in our people
