If you''re someone who enjoys influencing culture, driving improvements, and operating at both a strategic and hands-on level.Salary - 44,400An overview of the position:Acting as the go-to expert for all health and safety matters across the businessDriving improvements in compliance, processes, and overall safety cultureLeading investigations into incidents and ensuring lessons are learnedManaging audits, inspections, and performance trackingOverseeing key accreditations and quality standards, including ISO frameworksSupporting and guiding managers to embed best practice in their teamsDelivering training and promoting awareness across the workforceWorking with external stakeholders including auditors, regulators, and insurersThis is a varied role where no two days are the same - you''ll be balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operational involvement.The suitable candidate:A recognised Health and Safety qualification (NEBOSH or IOSH)Strong working knowledge of HandS legislation and compliance frameworksExperience managing audits, accreditations, or quality systemsA background in a senior or leadership-level roleThe ability to manage multiple projects ..... full job details .....
