Health and Safety Manager (HSQE)Location - NorthamptonHours - Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmSalary - £50,000 - £55,000 per annumAbout the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation who are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager (HSQE) to lead and develop their Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental strategy. This is a senior-level role, reporting directly to the Senior Management Team and Directors, with responsibility for ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and embedding a strong safety culture across workshop and site-based operations. The environment includes high-risk activities such as lifting operations, working at height, heavy plant usage and complex installation projects - making this a hands-on and highly influential position.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth and Safety LeadershipDevelop, implement and continuously improve the Health and Safety Management System.Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and associated regulations including:LOLERPUWERCDM Regulations 2015Work at Height Regulations 2005COSHH Regulations 2002Lead accident and incident investigations and implement corrective actions.Conduct site inspections and internal audits across workshop and project sites.Develop safe systems of work for mechanical and steel operations.Monitor HandS KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.Promote a proactive, positive safety culture throughout the organisation.ISO and ..... full job details .....
