Key Responsibilities:

  Supervise whole classes during teacher absences, ensuring a calm and focused environment.

  
  



• 
  

  Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain student engagement.

  
  



• 
  

  Support students with tasks and answer basic questions when needed.

  
  



• 
  

  Promote positive behaviour and manage classroom conduct in line with school policies.

  
  



• 
  

  Provide feedback to teaching staff on student performance where necessary.

  
  

What We''re Looking For:

• 
  

  Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting (ideal but not essential).

  
  



• 
  

  QTS is not required, but classroom experience is desirable.

  
  



• 
  

  Strong classroom presence and confident communication skills.

  
  



• 
  

  Flexible and comfortable working across various year groups and subjects.

  
  



• 
  

  A valid, enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).

  
  



• 
  

  Able to provide a minimum of two years'' employment references.
