Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager who can oversee day-to-day operations, hire and train qualified staff members, and maintain high food standards. The restaurant manager will also be responsible for developing a positive brand image through consistent customer service and a strong understanding of restaurant protocol. Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a smooth flowMaintain a positive restaurant cultureCreate work rotas that align with the restaurants needsEnsure proper compliance with restaurant hygiene regulationsTrain new employees to help them meet the restaurants expectationsInteract with diners and build positive rapport with different types of peopleResponsibilities
Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operationsSupervise both kitchen staff and waitstaff, providing necessary feedbackWrite daily budget reports on both revenue and costsCommunicate with diners and mitigate potential conflictsOrganise and take stock of restaurant suppliesMaintain weekly and monthly payroll for staffSkills and qualifications
Proven work experience in a restaurant settingDemonstrated customer service skillsUnderstanding of financial managementStrong knowledge of restaurant management softwareAbility to memorise and explain the restaurants menuWillingness to work flexible hoursPreferred qualifications
