Insight are supportig a Charity in Stanmore Middlesex to appoint a Small Capital Works Surveyor to join their team. The client is looking for someone who will take control of the cpaital works programme and backlog maintenance across the portfolio, they have 1.6m committed to these works. 116 acres site with 14 care homes and other buildings including hydrotherapy pool, offices etc Works will be based around kitchens, bathrooms, heating, lighting, flooring, windows etc. You will need to understand CDM regulations, be able to write specifications and write documents for tender purposes when needed. Place business, get start dates, communicate between their department and the homes to keep everyone updated on live sites. Seeing projects through to progression. You will need to: Have a degree in Building Surveying Have experience within Small Capital Works Be willing to travel between sites Desireable: MRICS or MCIOB member.
