Senior Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical / Pipework Projects

£75,000 - £85,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Bonus + Hybrid Working + Private Healthcare + Holiday + Pension

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing specialist mechanical contractor delivering complex pipework, heating, and chilled water installation packages across commercial, healthcare, and data centre projects.

You will take full commercial ownership of key mechanical packages, manage subcontractor accounts, and be responsible for CVRs, valuations, variations, and final accounts. This is a senior-level opportunity where your industry knowledge and commercial acumen will directly impact project success and profitability.

 Your Role As A Senior Quantity Surveyor Will Include:

• Leading commercial control of mechanical and pipework packages from tender to final account

• Full ownership of monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports

• Producing accurate cost forecasts, identifying risks, and managing cash flow

• Liaising with clients, main contractors, and suppliers to ensure contract compliance

 As A Senior Quantity Surveyor You Will Have:

• Proven experience working within a mechanical, M&E, or pipework contractor

• A track record managing high-value mechanical packages on commercial or industrial projects

• A degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or similar

• Based in or able to commute to London and surrounding areas
