Assistant QS / Junior QS - Construction

My client are a Specialist Subcontractor, with a reputable name in the industry.

They undertake bespoke architectural fa-ades across London.

HQ based in central London.

The Role - Assistant / Junior QS

Working closely with the Commercial Manager, your role will cover a mixture of tasks including:

• Assisting in the day-to-day administration of commercial activities
• Helping prepare and monitor cost plans, estimates, and valuations
• Involvement in procurement processes, subcontractor liaison, and material tracking
• Supporting site meetings, progress reports, and project documentation
• Learning to manage payments, variations, and contractual obligations
• Ensuring accuracy of data across systems and records

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a commercial role-(AQS/Junior QS)
• Passion for construction and commercial management
• Anayltical, proactive-approach
