to find a dedicated

Behaviour Mentor

to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for supporting children with behavioural challenges and making a positive impact on their educational journey.

The Role:

Support children with

behavioural challenges

in the classroom and during school activities.Implement behaviour management strategies and work with teachers to develop tailored plans.Provide one-on-one support or group interventions to promote positive behaviour and engagement.Team Teach

trained or willing to complete the necessary training to support students effectively.Monitor and track students'' progress, working with staff to ensure their emotional and behavioural needs are met.

Who We''re Looking For:

Someone with experience in working with children, preferably in a

behaviour support role

(experience in a school setting is a plus).Strong understanding of

behavioural strategies

and a genuine interest in working with children with additional needs.Team Teach

trained or willing to complete the necessary training.Excellent

communication

and

relationship-building skills .A proactive, patient, and adaptable individual who is passionate about supporting students in their educational journey.
