Behaviour Mentor - KS3/KS4. Location: Westminster (W2) - commutable from Paddington, Maida Vale, Kilburn, Bayswater, and Marylebone. Pay: £95-£115 per day (depending on experience). Start Date: September 2025. Contract: Full-time, long-term.The Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support students across Years 7-11 who present with a range of SEMH and behavioural needs. Working alongside the pastoral and inclusion team, your responsibilities will include:Providing 1:1 and small group mentoring to students needing additional guidanceUsing behaviour management strategies to help pupils regulate emotions and remain engaged in lessonsSupporting classroom teachers with behaviour interventions and differentiation strategiesLeading restorative conversations and mentoring sessions to promote positive decision-makingHelping to monitor pupil progress, attendance, and wellbeing, reporting to senior pastoral staffActing as a role model, encouraging self-confidence, independence, and resilienceWhat We\''re Looking For

Experience supporting young people with behavioural, SEMH, or SEND needs (school, youth work, or mentoring settings)Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills, with a calm and consistent approachConfidence in working with pupils across a range of abilities and backgroundsProactive, resilient, and empathetic, with a genuine passion for supporting student welfareA team player with the ability to build strong relationships with both staff and studentsWhy Work with Long Term Futures?
