A collaborative team of architects and designers is seeking a skilled HR professional to join them on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and capable

HR generalist

who enjoys balancing day-to-day operations with broader strategic input.The successful candidate will be the go-to HR contact for the studio, combining practical support with trusted advice across all areas of HR. From recruitment, payroll and compliance to training, wellbeing and employee relations, you’ll play a central role in nurturing a positive culture while ensuring the smooth running of all HR functions. Reporting to the board of directors, you’ll have the scope to make a real impact while working in a creative and people-focused environment.Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries across the studioManaging and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and complianceOverseeing company HR systems (Access People HR) and accurate record-keepingCoordinating payroll with external providersLeading recruitment processes, onboarding, and internshipsOrganising CPD, training, performance reviews, and development initiativesManaging employee benefits, wellbeing programmes, and engagementOverseeing Health and Safety compliance in collaboration with an external advisorProviding clear and concise HR reporting to directorsWhat we’re looking for

Minimum

5 years’ HR experience

in a generalist roleStrong communication skills and a confident, approachable mannerExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailIntegrity, discretion, and a proactive, professional outlookSolid knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment legislationProficiency in

Microsoft Office
