HR Generalist – Major Hedge Fund - £65-80k Base + Strong Bonus & Sign-on

Overview
My client, an extremely well established global hedge fund, is looking to hire a Junior HR Operations professional to join a lean and dynamic HR team, working directly with the EMEA Head of HR, to step up into a Generalist role. This role is newly created, resulting from firmwide growth.Responsibilities
Take ownership of HR operational processes across the EMEA region.Support the development and implementation of people strategy and HR projects on a global scale.Help make HR a more data driven function by actively managing employee data and providing insights.Track growth and provide data analysis to support workforce planning and improve overall employee experience.Support firmwide initiatives including roll out of new HR policies and talent management frameworks.Contribute to a range of projects focused on process enhancements and automation to enable the team to scale effectively and efficiently.Qualifications
2–4 years of experience as an HR Analyst/Coordinator/Generalist, ideally in a hedge fund or leading asset manager (industry flexibility considered).Strong Excel skills and solid experience working with senior stakeholders.Benefits and Compensation
Base salary up to £80k with a sign-on bonus.Performance-based bonuses; opportunity to earn a large percentage of base salary as a bonus for strong performance.Fully subsidised lunch, gym, a large pension, and private healthcare plan.
