We are looking for an

IT Operations Technician

to join our team and play a key role in supporting and maintaining our clients’ IT systems. You will provide day-to-day technical support, assist with installations and projects, and ensure smooth operations across hardware, software, networking, and cloud environments.Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients.Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking systems.Assist in implementing IT projects, installations, and upgrades.Monitor and respond to IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Support cloud services, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.Contribute to IT security and compliance initiatives.Document processes, incidents, and resolutions clearly.Skills and Requirements

Strong interest in IT systems, networks, and security.Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms.Basic understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, and hardware troubleshooting.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Full UK driving licence (preferred for on-site visits).What We Offer
