This role leads, plans, and coordinates the design and delivery of activities across Informa Festivals brands. It also works across brands to introduce best-in-class digital marketing practices to grow brands’ digital maturity and commercial outcomes. The role supports brands by providing data-driven Digital Marketing Automation, digital Customer Experience focusing on landing and website content pages, and coordination of Digital Marketing Operations processes to activate digital marketing initiatives while prioritizing customer-centric strategies.The primary responsibilities include:Leading digital email strategy and execution in alignment with brand goals—partnering with brands to understand their objectives, evolving briefs to audience-driven experiences, and providing leadership on execution.Translating strategic priorities into structured projects with clear financials and action plans.Collaborating with the DM Digital Analytics team to measure project success.Measuring digital experience effectiveness and conducting A/B testing across marketing channels.Developing and evolving approaches to Account Based Marketing (ABM) and personalization.Working with the digital marketing team to improve processes for campaign planning, audience targeting, email execution, and activation.Ensuring quarterly review meetings with brands to assess goals, optimize strategies, and share success stories.Establishing governance with SLAs and automating processes to improve delivery speed and efficiency.Managing the Marketing Automation execution team and upskilling the Marketing Operations team on Martech tools.Overseeing quality assurance for campaigns.Managing customer segmentation and guiding brands on data quality and signals to enhance campaign and customer experience.Acting as the main coordination point for Marketing Operations within brands.Managing the Martech stack and collaborating on technology integration projects.Key qualities and skills include customer-centric digital marketing strategies, analytical and problem-solving skills, awareness of new trends in digital marketing and automation, excellent communication skills, and effective time management in a remote environment.
