Assess physiologic response to interventions and report findings to the interdisciplinary teamProvide compassionate patient-centered care through the development of an individualized plan of careConduct patient rounds, report problems to nursing supervisor and initiate corrective actionAdminister and document medication, enteral nutrition and treatment per best practices and accurately record all care provided and observations dailyPerform comprehensive assessments of each patient on unitAssess weekly the skin condition (condition, stage, size, site, depth, color, drainage, odor)Delegate clinically appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staffAssume responsibility for compliance with federal, state and local regulations within the assigned unitWork collaboratively with Clinical Nurse Managers and/or Director of Nursing using a shared governance modelCollaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient carePrerequisites

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program; BSN preferredCurrent and active RN license in the state of MassachusettsCurrent certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) in accordance with AHA or ARC standardsACLS preferredKnowledge of Critical Care and Med/Surg preferredBenefits
