Baylor Registered Nurse - Full or Part-Time. Weekends: Work two 12 or 16 hour shifts, receive 7 hours of additional pay. Base Pay $40-$45/hr based on experience. Additional 8 hour shifts picked up during the week would receive applicable differentials.We are looking for caring registered nurses to join our exceptional nursing team in our beautiful Rehabilitation Hospital, located on Ward Hill in Haverhill, Mass.Essential Duties

Assess physiologic response to interventions and report findings to the interdisciplinary teamProvide compassionate patient-centered care through the development of an individualized plan of careConduct patient rounds, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective actionAdminister and document medication, enteral nutrition and treatment per best practices and accurately record all care provided and observations dailyPerform comprehensive assessments of each patient on unitAssess on a weekly basis the skin condition, stage, size, site, depth, color, drainage and odor of conditionDelegate clinically appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staffAssume responsibility for compliance with federal, state and local regulations within the assigned unitWork collaboratively with Clinical Nurse Managers and/or Director of Nursing utilizing a shared governance modelCollaborate with interdisciplinary team to assure that high quality patient care is maintainedPrerequisites

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse school of nursing, BSN preferredCurrent and active RN license in the state of MassachusettsCurrent certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support in accordance with AHA or ARC standardsACLS preferredKnowledge of Critical Care and Med/Surg preferredBenefits
