The role involves managing residential property conveyancing cases from post-quotation through to post-completion. The successful candidate will handle a variety of cases, including shared ownership, straight transactions, buying, selling, and remortgaging. The work will include a significant number of leaseholds and new-build properties, many of which are based in London.Key Responsibilities:Manage residential property transactions from start to finish.Handle shared ownership and straight transactions, including buying, selling, and remortgaging.Provide excellent client service while working efficiently within a team of 7.Respond promptly to emails and maintain high levels of accuracy throughout the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or CILEX legal executive qualification (CILEX preferable but not essential).Proven experience in residential property conveyancing, handling transactions from start to finish.Excellent email communication skills-quick and responsive.Meticulous, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.A minimum of good A-levels (BBB).City Centre office location with excellent transport links.Collaborative and supportive team environment.

Schedule:Full-time, Monday to Friday
