We are partnering with a fantastic SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) provision in Twickenham, commissioned by the Local Authority to support students who are temporarily disengaged from mainstream education. These pupils may be out of school due to medical needs, complex emotional and social difficulties, or experiences of trauma and abuse. About the Role: From September 2025, we are launching a brand-new provision and are seeking an experienced and adaptable Alternative Provision Teacher to lead a small cohort of KS3/KS4 students. You will: Deliver and oversee a broad, accessible curriculum including core subjects (English and Maths) and wider learning opportunities tailored to students working significantly below age-related expectations. Work closely with behaviour support specialists to create a safe, therapeutic learning environment that nurtures trust, engagement, and progress. Be part of a multidisciplinary team that places the emotional wellbeing and individual needs of each pupil at the heart of everything.
