Main Purpose of the RoleThe main purpose of this role is to prepare, spray, and finish Conquip stock and repair work to the highest standards. This includes ensuring durability, correct finish, and full compliance with customer specifications and business quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Select and mix paint to match specifications, using correct ratios and application methods.Prepare the spray booth for each job, including cleaning, masking, and arranging workpieces.Carry out frequent colour changeovers and spray items of varying sizes, shapes, and materials.Ensure correct paint thickness, gloss levels, and even coverage on all products.Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, degreasing, masking, or applying primers as required.Apply undercoats, topcoats, and protective finishes in accordance with technical datasheets.Conduct a final inspection of painted components ..... full job details .....
