Our Client, a busy Automotive Bodyshop in Reading, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their busy team.

For your hard work, you will be rewarded with a salary of £51,480 and be working the hours of £55,000.

- Up To £22 Per Hour + Bonus 
- 45 Hour Week Monday to Friday / NO Weekends

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Previous working experience within a Paint Sprayer role
- The ability to work to a high standard with an up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle repair techniques
- Overseeing jobs from start to finish; Completing Paint, Prep, Prime, Polish procedures. 
- ATA would be beneficial
- Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Detailed Worker, with a strong eye-for-detail.
- Self-Motivated and a good team player
