If you have a kind heart and a desire to help others, we d love to hear from you! Every morning is different, but your role will focus on making life easier and brighter for our clients. Duties include: Assist with personal care bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene. Support with medication reminding, administering (if trained), and recording. Prepare and serve meals including feeding assistance if needed. Help with mobility such as getting in and out of bed or using mobility aids. Carry out light household tasks cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Provide companionship engaging in conversation and emotional support. Monitor client wellbeing observe and report changes in health or behaviour. Encourage independence supporting clients to do as much for themselves as possible. Maintain accurate records documenting care provided and following care plans. Ensure safety and safeguarding identifying risks and promoting a safe home environment.
