This role is critical to the ongoing management and enhancement of the firm''s network infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles.To succeed in this position, you must demonstrate experience operating complex infrastructure at scale, delivered through a software-driven and automation-first approach.Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of availability, reliability, and security across the network platform.Develop and maintain observability tools, implement event-driven automation, and conduct troubleshooting as needed.Provide ongoing support and operational improvements to existing network infrastructure.Contribute to the build and operation of a high-performance compute data centre.Manage and maintain the firm''s network infrastructure and automation frameworks.Required Experience and Skills
Proven experience in monitoring and incident resolution across Low Latency LAN, Data centre LAN, WAN transit, and internet/cloud connectivity.Strong troubleshooting skills, including collaboration with vendors for deep-dive investigations.Experience in developing and maintaining monitoring dashboards, with proactive alert response and prioritisation.Commitment to continuous improvement of alerting systems and the overall observability stack.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Ansible, Python, and GitOps.Solid networking knowledge equivalent to Cisco CCNP level, demonstrated through experience or certification.Senioriy level
