Game Operations EngineerResponsibilities
Responsible for drafting and organizing work process documents, technical documentation, and functional scripts related to game product operations and maintenance.Manage the online deployment, routine updates, and maintenance operations of game product projects, coordinating and scheduling related tasks.Handle daily operational requirements of game project teams, regularly execute game server version updates and patch releases, and analyze and troubleshoot issues in systems, databases, networks, and applications during game operations.Monitor and analyze game server performance, implement necessary optimization measures, and assist in improving game design and performance.Conduct research and optimization of server deployment architectures, explore operations automation, develop operations tools, provide optimization suggestions for game product architecture and resource planning, and ensure a stable and optimized system and network environment for game services.Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of game operations experience, proficient in CentOS systems, skilled in using basic Linux commands, configuration, and management; familiar with TCP/IP protocols, basic database usage, and maintenance; solid system operations experience, with priority given to candidates with game operations experience.Proficient in common operations automation tools such as Ansible, SaltStack, etc.Familiar with deployment, configuration, and optimization of common software (e.g., MySQL, Nginx, MongoDB), and skilled in maintenance and optimization of at least one database (e.g., MySQL, Redis), including backup and recovery, database tuning, data migration, remote synchronization, and security protection.Proficient in at least one scripting language, such as PHP, GoLang, Erlang, Bash, Python, etc., with the ability to quickly write automation scripts to solve practical problems.Excellent communication skills, proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good team collaboration abilities.Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, with excellent learning ability and logical thinking.Job Details
