An investment and wealth management firm based in lovely brand new offices in the Victoria area. Operating for over 30 years, the business has a collaborative team of around 300 in the London office, with additional offices in Europe and the US.About the Role
This is a fantastic temp to perm Hospitality Assistant opportunity, which will involve:Working closely with the chef, waiters and the support team to arrange and deliver hospitality for meetingsBooking and maintaining meeting roomsKeeping up to date with menus, allergens and dietary requirementsOccasionally starting early / late to ensure events are adequately catered (handful of days per month)Supporting the wider hospitality team ad-hocSome daily coverage of receptionCandidate Specification
Previous experience within catering / hospitality - either within hospitality industry or in a corporate settingPrevious experience of working in a high-volume, fast-paced working environmentGood communication skills, both written and verbalMuck-in attitude and team-orientedAdditional Information
Salary up to £35K depending on experience and role comes with additional benefitsThis is a temp to perm opportunityTypical hours are 10am-6pm, but flexibility required when there are events/depending on business needs - you will receive time off in lieu for overtimeDue to the nature of the role this is a fully office-based opportunityThe firm offers fantastic opportunities to grow and progress internallyIf this sounds like the role for you, please apply today!
