Meet and greet guests on arrival in a warm and friendly mannerSupport the kitchen team to deliver first class Loveday dining experiencesPrepare mise-en-place and ensure cutlery, plates and glassware are polishedSet up tables according to the Loveday and Co Dining StandardsFollow the service steps for each meal serviceServe members and guests beverages and refreshments in all-day dining areasMaintain fridges and snack areas stockedRecognise regular visitors and interact warmly with familiesMaintain stock levels of consumables with support from the Hospitality LeadCheck cleanliness in common areas and guest bathrooms; liaise with housekeeping to keep areas immaculateRespond to queries and direct clients as required, referring to the general manager as necessaryAnswer incoming calls and take or redirect messagesReceive deliveries and sort and distribute postMonitor guests/clients via CCTV and door entry to manage accessKeep reception area tidy and clutter-freeAdhere to Health and Safety proceduresProvide ad hoc support as required by the businessEligibility
