In the absence of the Production Manager, the Supervisor/s will have delegated functional and disciplinary authority over the operational program and all colleagues within the department. Strategic and financial decisions will at all-time remain with the Production Manager. Dependent on the set-up of the department, the Supervisor may have dedicated functional responsibilities, yet it will remain that the Supervisor has an overarching mandate to support all of the Production Manager Duties and responsibilities.
