Shift Production SupervisorNorth London 45,000 + BenefitsAlecto Recruitment are currently working with a Large Waste Management Company, who are looking to expand their team.We are currently looking for a Shift Production Supervisor with relevant experience to work on a shift basis within a Waste Recycling Facility in North London.Job BriefTo support the Engineering Team with all Operational Electrical Engineering.During this role, you will be required to;Work alongside and support multiple Production Supervisors on site.Provide advice and expertise on the current running of the plant when requested.Comply with all health and safety to the highest standard.Monitor performance and standards on shift.To deputise in absence of the Operations Manager.Monitoring staff training and compliance and support the management of production teams.Use CMMS Systems to comply with existing site procedures. RequirementsMUST have previous management/supervisory experience within Production and/or Manufacturing.WAMITAB is desired or some form of HandS certification.Should have general understanding on Engineering/mechanical principles.Proven experience within process plant, production/manufacturing or similar industries.Experience within a Heavy Industry or Process plant Facility.Good understanding of Health and Safety and Continuous Improvement.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.Package DetailsSalary is 45,000 a year.This role is worked on a 4 on 4 off shift basis, ..... full job details .....
