Events Coordinator

This is to support our client''s London office in delivering industry mixers and employee events, alongside providing coordination and administrative support across local initiatives and projects.This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys turning clear goals into well-organised, well-executed experiences.Key responsibilities:Coordinate and deliver industry mixers and employee eventsManage event plans, timelines, and detailed runsheetsOwn end-to-end event logistics, including venues, suppliers, and schedulesWork closely with local teams and leadershipCoordinate speakers, guests, and attendeesTrack budgets, manage invoices, and support post-event wrap-upsProvide coordination and administrative support for wider London initiativesRequired skill set/ experience:Experience managing events end to end, from concept through to deliveryStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable managing multiple prioritiesClear communicator, calm and reliable under pressure This is a 6-month contract with an ASAP start, so we can only consider candidates with a notice period of one week or less.
