Origination Director (Debt Finance) - Manchester or LondonAre you a well-connected, driven deal originator ready to take full ownership of your pipeline? Backed by significant recent investment, this well-capitalised and fast-growing business is focused on scaling in the SME market and is looking for someone to lead from the front.

You’ll originate and execute £1 million to £10 million deals in leveraged, growth, and acquisition financing across UK B2B sectors. This is a hands-on role where you’ll generate business from your own network and manage transactions end to end, supported by a highly capable execution team.

We’re looking for someone with a proven ability to source, structure, and close complex deals, someone commercially creative, analytically sharp, and motivated by growth. You’ll have the freedom to carve your own business development path in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
