While the product has been successful, it has faced management challenges over the years. Your focus will be on stabilizing the product and leading efforts to modernize it for the future. In this key leadership role, you will oversee six teams, with potential team restructuring. This will require strategic thinking, team analysis, and the ability to make tough decisions to optimize performance. You will report directly to the VP of Engineering, playing a critical role in shaping the future of this product and contributing to high-level decision-making.Responsibilities

Lead the largest product in the company, ensuring its stability and driving modernization efforts.Manage and oversee six teams, with potential reductions and restructuring.Collaborate closely with the VP of Engineering to execute strategic decisions.Provide leadership and guidance to engineering teams to ensure optimal performance and delivery.Make critical decisions to enhance product success and drive long-term growth.Qualifications
