Overview

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a groundworks company based in the Fareham area. The company is growing and has an excellent reputation. They now require an Office Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an office-based role in Fareham, starting immediately. This is a full-time in-office role with no hybrid or remote work. Salary on offer ranges between £27k p/a and £30k p/a DOE.Responsibilities

Obtain a solid knowledge base of each department and how they collaborate.Arrange meetings and manage diary availability.Liaise with groundworker employees, handle written correspondence, printing, and filing.Answer and screen calls, arrange post for each department, and perform general ad-hoc admin duties as required.Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role and as a team administrator.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programmes, with strong Excel skills.Strong numeracy and literacy skills and the confidence to work well on your own.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.How to apply
