With a track record in healthcare, education, commercial, and residential sectors, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator ready to work on diverse, high-impact schemes ranging from £300k up to £7.5m. We re seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in cut and carve refurbishments on commercial projects. What You ll Be Doing As Estimator, you ll play a key role in winning work and shaping profitable, well-scoped tenders for public and private sector clients. Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment, new-build and fit-out projects Analyse drawings, specifications and employer s requirements to assess project scope Liaise with supply chain and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations Participate in tender adjudications and value engineering exercises Produce tender programmes and identify key project risks and opportunities Work collaboratively with Directors, Contracts Managers and Commercial Team to ensure successful handovers About You You ll be commercially sharp and experienced in estimating for construction projects between £250k £7.5m.
