Lead Strategy and Execution

Own and deliver the full marketing strategy across the Company and Group·
Create a strong and sustainable luxury brand positioning·
Align marketing with sales to meet and exceed commercial targets·
Lead the customer journey across all touchpointsBudget and ROI·
Manage the full marketing budget with focus on ROI and business value·
Report on performance, metrics, and marketing spend effectivenessTeam Leadership·
Manage and grow a high-performing marketing team·
Create a collaborative culture aligned with company values·
Drive productivity, structure, and purpose in the day-to-dayCampaigns and Comms·
Oversee all internal and external marketing campaigns·
Own digital marketing performance: web, SEO, PPC, email, and social·
Champion consistent brand voice and visuals across all mediaDigital and Creative·
Own website development, optimisation, analytics and CRO·
Lead social strategy—developing channel-specific content and presence·
Work on video, creative, and promotional campaigns across formatsPartnerships and Growth·
Develop affiliate/partner marketing strategies·
Liaise closely with sales to create a true Sales and Marketing function·
Identify and maximise new marketing opportunities across sectorsRegulatory and Internal Comms·
Ensure all activity is FCA-compliant and aligned with TCF principles·
Maintain internal communication around marketing goals and results·
Support cross-departmental collaboration and clear messagingWhat You Bring:
Essential·
Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or related subject·
Significant marketing leadership experience in a fast-paced environment·
Proven people management and team leadership skills·
Strong digital, brand, and campaign expertise·
Experience reporting into senior leadership/board-level·
Excellent written and verbal communication·
High commercial awareness and multitasking abilityDesirable·
Knowledge of car finance or prestige automotive market·
Experience in a regulated environment (FCA exposure ideal)Tools and Skills:
Strong IT literacy – MS Office, CMS platforms, marketing automation
Data and analytics mindset
Exceptional presentation, communication and influencing skills
